Golf trips, built to your game

Linksbound designs bespoke golf journeys to Scotland and America's great destinations, planned around your group, your pace, and your ambitions. One transparent fee. No packages, no markups, no supplier agenda.

In a single year, I took the trips golfers spend decades talking about: Bandon Dunes, Streamsong, and sixteen days through England and Scotland, eight rounds including Royal Troon, Turnberry, Carnoustie, and the New Course at St Andrews. I planned all three myself, every tee time strategy, transfer, and dinner reservation, because no operator plans a trip the way its owner would. Those trips set the standard Linksbound was founded on, and it's the standard every client itinerary gets.

The Year of Three Trips

We talk

A 60 to 90 minute consultation about who's going, what kind of golf you love, and what would make this trip the one you tell stories about. You leave with a written framework either way.

I build

A complete itinerary built to your game: courses in the right order, tee time strategy including the ballots and release calendars, where you'll stay, where you'll eat, and how you'll get from one to the next. Plus the competition your group will play all week, designed for your handicaps and your rivalries. Two rounds of refinement until it's yours.

You go

Book everything yourself with my playbook, or have me handle it. The fee is the same either way, which is rather the point. All that's left is the golf, and settling the standings.

Most golf tour operators are paid by hotels and courses, which is why their itineraries look the way they do. Linksbound is paid by you, and only you. That means honest advice about where the packages pad their margins, how to give yourself real odds at the Old Course, and which famous course is worth skipping for the one next door. Independence isn't a slogan here. It's the business model.

Bandon Dunes, Planned Properly: Seven Rounds in Four Days

Seven rounds in four days at America's great golf resort, my fifth trip there. The course order, the lottery, the off-season playbook, and what five visits teach you.

Streamsong, Ranked: Red, Blue, Black, and Why You Play All Three

Red, Blue, Black: ranked, compared, and all three worth your trip. What a solo April visit taught me about Florida's most surprising golf resort.

The consultation is $200, credits toward your planning fee, and ends with a written framework you keep either way. The worst case is you leave with a better plan.
